FAQs

  • A: Pilates is a system of exercises created by Joseph Pilates (boxer, gymnast, creator extrodinaire) in the early 20th century.

Designed to be a regular practice, it focuses on aligning the mind and the body through revitalizing breathwork, core work, and full-body movement for overall health and well-being.

In the studio, we use Joseph Pilates’ equipment to help you find your full movement potential, and will help you learn the Pilates system across the apparatus: The Cadillac, the Reformer, the Tower, the Wunda Chair, and the Ladder Barrel.
