Our main goal is to empower YOU to feel strong, knowledgeable, and joyful in your body and movement.

We approach sessions creatively and systematically. We enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, and customize each session to focus on your individuals needs and goals. We will stress body awareness, strength building, and integrating the method into everyday life. From athletes to stroke victims, we've worked with an extensive and diverse clientele, and specialize in working with the following:

  • Everyday people of any age who want to move more freely and get out of pain

  • Individuals with skeletal or muscular considerations - examples include scoliosis, osteoporosis, arthritis, and Ehler-Danlos Syndrome

  • Dedicated movers and athletes

  • Prenatal and postpartum clients

  • Individuals with neurological conditions

  • Injury rehabilitation - prehab, rehab, and beyond!
