Come unlock your body's potential in our tailored and specific Prenatal and Postnatal classes - designed to move you through corrective exercises with a focus on breath, stability, pelvic floor health, posture and best of all, a great mom community.
In addition to our Pre and Postnatal Reformer/Tower trios and Mat classes, we host quarterly Prenatal Birth Prep and Postnatal Return to Exercise courses in collaboration with a local Pelvic Floor PT to ensure you feel empowered and supported throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

Wednesdays, 9am
Postnatal Mat Class
Tuesdays, 12pm
Prenatal - Push Prep Mobility workshop: Sunday, June 28th @ 12pm
Postnatal - Postpartum Power Hour: Saturday, July 18th, 12pm
